Our History

Dentist Exeter

DiBona Dental Group was founded in 1976 by Dr. Mark DiBona, the son of a dentist in Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Mark graduated from NYU School of Dentistry. Instead of joining his father’s dental practice, after he completed his residency training, he moved to Exeter, New Hampshire to start a practice and raise a family. His oldest daughter, Elizabeth, graduated from Boston University School of Dental Medicine in 2007 and completed a residency program in 2008. Dr. Mark DiBona and Dr. Elizabeth DiBona practiced for about 10 years together, and eventually Dr. Elizabeth DiBona took over the practice.

All three dentists in the family have shared the same values and similar chairside manner, enabling them to provide care with kindness, compassion, and gentleness to all of their patients. In particular, both father and daughter enjoy helping anxious patients feel confident and comfortable in the dental chair. Dr. Elizabeth DiBona built a brand-new facility after outgrowing the original office, and, in addition to many new patients, she has been happy and grateful to continue providing dental health care to many "lifer" patients who have been with the practice for over four decades!
