Drew, Practice Manager
Drew joined DiBona Dental in 2021 and brings a strong background in team management, with a focus on operational efficiency and exceptional customer experience. Born and raised in New Hampshire, he currently resides in Concord with his husband and their dogs, Neytiri and Emerson.
Drew is a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare in 2024, followed by an MBA in Healthcare Administration in 2025. His education and professional experience reflect a deep commitment to healthcare leadership and practice growth.
Outside of the office, Drew loves to travel and is an avid animal lover who never misses an opportunity to share stories about his pets. He enjoys long walks on local trails, spending time at the beach, gardening, and experimenting with new baked goods in the kitchen. Drew is passionate about enhancing the patient experience while supporting and empowering his team to grow and succeed.
Karen, Insurance Coordinator
Karen is the office veteran. She has been our front-desk patient coordinator since 1995. She always surprises other staff members with delicious cakes or pies on their birthdays. Karen loves turtles! She and her two children have a Russian tortoise named Eragon.

Amy, Registered Dental Hygienist
Amy has been with the DiBona Dental Group since 2002. She graduated from Middlesex Community College in Lowell, MA, where she grew up. Amy has one daughter who keeps her busy being a group leader for her Daisy Troop. Amy and her husband can often be found at the beach just down the street from their house.

Donna, Registered Dental Hygienist
Donna joined the DiBona Dental Group in 2020. Originally from Littleton, MA, she relocated to Exeter to be closer to her family. Donna knew early on what her career would be. During the 7th grade, she was exposed to the world of dental hygiene during an after-school program. She knew from then on what her career and passion would be in Dental Hygiene! She graduated at the top of her class in 1991 from Middlesex Community College in Bedford MA and has her local anesthesia license from Quinsigamond Community College. She is known for administering a gentle and pain-free local anesthetic, so for anyone who struggles through cleanings, you may be able to be numb for your visit! Outside the office, Donna enjoys spending time with her sisters, her niece and little great-niece, and her nephew. She loves Siamese cats and is a mom to three of them (Teddy, Jake, and Nick!). Donna is a big fan of the New England Patriots and Tom Brady. On weekends she can be found hiking in the White Mountains, as well as in her backyard, gardening.
Amy, Registered Dental Hygienist
Amy began her dental career working for her orthodontist while in high school. She enjoyed dentistry and continued with her dental education, graduating from NHTI. She completed the Certified Dental Assistant program in 1992 and Expanded Duty Orthodontics in 1993. She continued with her Associate in Science, with a major in Health Science in 1994 and an Associate in Science with a major in Dental Hygiene in 1996. In 2014 she completed her BS in Applied Studies with honors.
Amy became one of the first dental hygienists in NH to become certified in local anesthesia in 2003. She is also certified to administer and monitor nitrous oxide sedation. In 2005 she completed the DOCS (Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation) course for adult oral sedation monitoring.
Amy has attended numerous courses and seminars throughout her many years in dentistry, including Pankey, Seattle Institute for Advanced Education, American Academy of Periodontology, Academy of Osseointegration, American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, numerous lectures at Tufts, and attendance at the International Symposium on Periodontal and Restorative Dentistry.
While not in the office, Amy enjoys hiking, kayaking, and mountain biking, as well as quiet time with a good book. She is an accomplished potter, who throws pots on the wheel and makes beautiful pieces such as custom vases, birdhouses, and bowls. She also appreciates coming home to her unconditionally loving cats.

Juli, Registered Dental Hygienist
Juli joined the DiBona Dental team in 2022. She practiced as a dental assistant from 1982 to 1989 and as a periodontal hygienist from 1990 to 2004 after graduating from hygiene school in 1989. Juli has continually worked to enhance her education having achieved bachelor's degrees in Psychology, Communications, and Biological Science. She has obtained a master's in Biology as well as a Ph.D. in Bacterial Science. When Juli isn't learning or working, she enjoys hiking and kayaking with her husband and spending time with family and friends. You may have even had one of her famous cookies during one of our events!
Maggie, Patient Coordinator
Maggie is a recent graduate of the University of New Hampshire, where she earned her degree in psychology, graduating summa cum laude. With over 40 years of experience working in a wide range of roles centered around helping people, she brings both deep practical insight and strong academic training to everything she does. This unique combination allows her to connect easily with others and navigate interpersonal situations with empathy, understanding, and professionalism.
A Boston native, Maggie relocated to New Hampshire more than 26 years ago with her husband, where they built their life and raised their family. Interestingly, Maggie was born with two teeth—a detail she likes to joke was an early sign that dentistry was always in her future.
Outside of her professional life, Maggie enjoys spending time gardening, refinishing old furniture, and making jewelry. She also loves trips to the beach and exploring the natural beauty of New Hampshire with her family.
Kristen, Dental Assistant
Kristen joined the practice in 2021 after graduating from Northeast Collaborative School of Dental Assisting. Her favorite procedures to assist are crown preparations and problem-focused exams, where she gets to work as a team to help the doctor create a treatment plan and provide patients with guidance, support, and education about oral health. When not in the office, Kristen can be found at a hot yoga class, enjoying the outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.

Chris, Registered Dental Hygienist
Christina BA, RDH, EFDA is a dedicated and skilled dental hygienist with 22 years of experience in providing comprehensive dental care and hygiene services. A graduate from Del Mar College with a associate in dental Hygiene, she is passionate about educating patients on the importance of oral health and implementing preventive dental care practices. Christina is also a bachelor’s level graduate of the University of Texas. She prides herself on her gentle approach and thrives on helping individuals achieve their brightest smiles through personalized care and advanced hygiene techniques.
Continuously striving to enhance her skills, Christina keeps herself updated with the latest advancements in dental hygiene through ongoing education and professional development. She is an active member of the American Dental Hygienists' Association and New Hampshire Dental Hygienists' Association which allows her to collaborate with peers and contribute to the dental hygiene community
Outside the office, Christina is an avid reader, cook and outdoor enthusiast.
Kirsten, Registered Dental Hygienist
Kirsten was born and raised in Massachusetts and recently moved to Newmarket, New Hampshire, on the Lamprey River, and is looking forward to paddleboarding and kayaking in the warmer months. She is a self-proclaimed foodie and loves trying new cuisines. In Kirsten's spare time, she enjoys reading, yoga, and skiing in the winter months. Kirsten has been in the dental field for over 13 years and loves making connections with my patients.
Logan, Dental Assistant
Logan is a lifelong New Hampshire resident who recently joined our team as an assistant. Logan is a 2023 graduate from the University of New Hampshire with his bachelors in biological anthropology and was introduced to dentistry in the process ultimately attracting his attention and focus. He is passionate about quality patient care and is excited to share that passion with the DiBona patients and team. In his free time, Logan is an avid mystery and crime novel reader, hiker, and botanical enthusiast.
Sarah, Dental Assistant
Sarah graduated from Northeast Collaborative Dental Assisting School in 2023. She particularly enjoys assisting in comprehensive exams and crown preparations. Sarah prides herself on recognizing her patients in subsequent visits, helping put them at ease. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Carmi, Treatment Coordinator
Carmi was born and raised in California and recently made the move to Exeter, New Hampshire, where she’s happily settled with her youngest daughter and their two beloved dogs. She also has two adult kids who’ve flown the nest. Her three kiddos are biggest blessings and accomplishments.
She brings valuable experience from her time working in an endodontist office, where she developed a strong foundation in patient care, clinical support, and the importance of clear communication in a dental setting. Her warm and welcoming personality puts patients at ease, and she takes pride in helping them feel comfortable and well-informed throughout their visits.
When she’s not at work, Carmi loves getting creative with interior design and fashion, and spending time with friends and family. She’s also starting to play piano again after taking a long break and enjoys anything related to health, wellness, travel, and the arts. Whether it’s a day at the beach or exploring more of what New England has to offer, she’s always up for something fun and inspiring.
Krissy
Krissy joined DiBona Dental Group in 2024. She comes to us with over a decade of surgical assisting experience in the dental field. Including periodontal surgery, extractions, gum grafting, implants, and full mouth implant cases. She is passionate about dentistry and patient education. Outside of work, Krissy has a hobby farm with chickens, ducks, and soon goats! She enjoys cooking and baking from scratch and is always bringing treats for the team.
